This Privacy Policy explains how Cosmic Merge, an app operated by Lumen Play ("the app", "we", "us", the "Service Provider"), handles information when you play the game on iOS, Android, or the web. By using the app you agree to the practices described here.

The app does not require you to create an account and we do not ask for your name, email, or other directly identifying information. Your game progress (such as your best score and language preference) is stored only on your own device.

To show ads and keep the game free, our advertising partner (Google AdMob) may collect and process certain data automatically, including:

• Approximate (non-precise) location derived from your IP address
• App interaction and ad-performance data
• Diagnostic and device information (device model, OS version)

How the information is used

• To display and measure advertising, including rewarded ads

Advertising & third parties

Children's privacy

The app is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with data, please contact us so we can remove it.

Data retention & security

On-device data (scores, settings) remains until you delete the app or clear its data. Data processed by advertising partners is retained according to their own policies. Data transmitted for advertising is encrypted in transit.
